What's Happening in the Market?
Due to less of a decrease in activity at the beginning of August, the showing activity has remained relatively consistent through the month as opposed to the steeper increase at the end of the month as we have seen in previous years.
Summary
We are once again on track for the fourth highest August for total sales in the Calgary market, with a chance at the third highest! With inventory levels creeping up, the transactions are not slowing down and the market remains very busy. The increase in inventory levels should help with the seasonal increase in sales in mid September.
