After owning and operating one of North America's largest brokerages and selling billions of dollars worth of Real Estate, I learned that I would much rather focus on a more relationship based approach, focusing on quality over quantity.

That led to the creation of The Real Estate District, a brokerage developed to enhance the lives of our agents, staff and clients. When others are going bigger and broader, we are narrowing our focus to have a greater impact on those we work with!
